Your roadmap from Level 60 to fully geared hero
If you have just finished the campaign and are wondering what to do next, the short answer is: pass the Cosmic Trial, then farm Cosmic Artifacts from Cosmic Midtown and Cosmic Terminals. The full roadmap is below — or jump straight to the questions you came here to ask.

Quick answers:
Defeat bosses in:
Cosmic artifacts have powerful combat-triggered affixes (cooldown reduction, damage boosts, health regen). Bless them at the Enchanter for extra power.
Target specific bosses for uniques, boss artifacts, and currencies. Fast and efficient.
Head to Hammer Bay (Genosha) and find:
These are essential for raising G.L.F. reputation, which unlocks better recipes and the ability to upgrade to iLevel 80 Legendaries.
Events rotate automatically at 10:00 UTC each day. Server maintenance restart happens at 6:00 AM UTC.

Your first goal is the Cosmic Trial, a solo instance that unlocks Cosmic difficulty content. Before you attempt it, gear up with iLevel 60–63 items from regular Midtown Patrol and Green Terminals. Once you pass Cosmic Trial, switch to Cosmic Midtown, Cosmic Patrols and Cosmic Terminals where artifacts and uniques actually drop. After that, start G.L.F. weekly influence missions in Hammer Bay (Genosha) to unlock the recipes you need to push gear to iLevel 80. (G.L.F. is the always-available faction in Hammer Bay; Heroes for Hire is a separate rotating weekly event — they are not the same thing.)
After Cosmic Trial, your priority is farming Cosmic Artifacts from Cosmic Midtown, Cosmic Industry City Patrol, and Cosmic Terminals. These artifacts are the biggest power spike you will get post-60 — Bless them at the Enchanter for an extra power tier. In parallel, start G.L.F. weekly and daily missions in Hammer Bay to unlock iLevel 80 Legendary upgrades, and run weekly raids (Muspelheim Surtur, Axis Onslaught) for best-in-slot gear recipes.
Cosmic Artifacts drop from bosses in Cosmic difficulty content: Cosmic Midtown Manhattan (especially during Midtown Madness on Mondays), Cosmic Industry City Patrol, Cosmic Hightown, and Cosmic Terminals. You must pass the Cosmic Trial first to access Cosmic difficulty. Once you have Cosmic Artifacts, take them to the Enchanter NPC to Bless them for an extra power tier.
Your weekly endgame routine on MH Reborn:
Gear progression at 60 follows a clear path:
The Cosmic Trial is a solo gated instance that tests whether your build, gear and stats are ready for endgame Cosmic content. You unlock it after finishing the story campaign and reaching level 60. Passing it unlocks Cosmic difficulty across the entire game: Cosmic Midtown, Cosmic Patrols, Cosmic Terminals, and the Cosmic versions of one-shots and raids. If you cannot pass it, your gear or stat allocation needs work before progressing.
Infinity is an account-wide XP system that unlocks at level 60. You earn Infinity XP from any character and spend Infinity Points across six gems (Power, Space, Time, Reality, Mind, Soul) to permanently boost stats like Strength, Energy, Vitality, Health and Damage. Infinity is shared across all heroes on your account, so leveling alts to 60 contributes to your main. It is one of the main long-term progression goals at endgame.
MH Reborn has two raids: Muspelheim (Surtur Raid) and Axis (Onslaught Raid). Both have been tuned for solo and small-group play, with reduced boss HP so individual players can clear them. Raids drop the best gear in the game including Fragment of Twilight pieces, raid-exclusive recipes for upgrading items to i66/i69, and unique cosmetics. Run all three raid difficulties (Green, Red, Cosmic) weekly for maximum loot.
Bovine Portals open a secret Cow Level (Bovenheim) where you can farm guaranteed Uniques and Challenge Bonuses (+1 stat upgrades for your gear). To open a portal, find a Bovine Sigil rare drop or buy one with Cow Tokens, then use it in any town. The cows hit hard but the loot is some of the best in the game for min-maxing.
The Danger Room is a scenario-based instance in the X-Mansion sublevel where you fight waves of enemies and a final boss for Infinity Points, exclusive Danger Room rewards, and crafting materials. It is repeatable, scales with your level, and is a key weekly activity at endgame for Infinity progression.
